App Error: no_onboarding_key

Symptom

During the onboarding process in the App, you get an error message: "no_onboarding_key".

Cause

The device wasn't correctly registered to the Helium Network prior to onboarding.

Fix

Please write a support ticket by filling out this form: click here. Support can remotely register your device and you will be able to successfully onboard after that.
