QR Code scan crashes the Helium App

Symptom

You scan the generated QR code with the Helium App and the app crashes.

Cause

The QR code was not generated correctly.

Fix

• Wait for 2 minutes and click on "Clear QR code" under the QR code itself. Then, regenerate a new QR code.
• If this doesn't work, wait for 10 minutes, and repeat the same step.
• If this doesn't work, try the above steps one more time after 10 minutes (yes, sometimes this is needed).
